Finally something new. I havn't actually photoshoped anything at all in 6 months. Last week I just had to... so I made this. Needed an update so I made it a priority. I'm aware that the text on this version might be hard to read but I wanted it to have a flash look to it without any hard edges in the text.

That is beautiful. Too bad the little old ladies I perform web design for would never go for something smooth and clean like this. These crazy old people tend to always want cluttered and textured designs.

im a big fan of yours.. i have been for about 3 years now.. i really like the design u came up with here.. but personaly. i think u can do ALOT better, im not so sure about the top boarder (the silver thing) , the layout is clean... but this makes it look a bit messy.. i would have somethin as a nice smooth curve (chrome) effect or something. but to say u aint used PS7 In like 6 months.. its a good thing u did to get back on form :) :) i like it. check me back :)

This is how it is suppose to look.. hmm.. :hmm:
From this capture, it is going to look great, as everything you touch does.

The design is fantastic.

But that font is terrible.

such nice layouts to your websites

Looks great, but what's up with the font? It'd hardly readable.

I can read it =)
And are you sure you have "smooth edges of screen fonts" enabled in your windows settings? But I'm pretty sure you have.

I do and it looks the same in the screencap. I still think it's unfit for a website design because of two things: 1) antialias is unpredictable and doesn't always work on linux machines and 2) because it messes everything up if you wish to scale the text for better reading.

And no offence mate, but you really need to get into coding soon. xml, css and tableless designs is where it's at. And please ... :giggle: quit using IE as your standard target browser. First design for FF, then adapt your design to work for IE. ^___^
